Our Founder and Lead Consultant
Ashley McGregor of Projectency is a strategist, bringing over a decade of experience leading complex technology and operations projects across financial services, federal government, commercial enterprises, and small businesses.
Ashley has successfully led initiatives involving information security, system implementations, organizational change, and operational improvement using Agile delivery models, with single proprietors up to large cross-functional teams.
Ashley holds a PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, and CompTIA Security+ certification, along with an MBA.
Through Projectency, she partners with organizations to strengthen execution, enhance impact, and deliver resilient, scalable solutions in intended target markets and beyond!
