Our Story

Projectency, LLC is owned and operated by PM Consultant, Ashley McGregor. Ashley is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), with over 10 years of Project Management and Business Operations tactical experience. She has a demonstrated track record of success supporting projects in information security, software development, systems implementation and integration, organizational change, and business analytics within private and public sector consulting. She has worked with top tier organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Allegis Group, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Among her other competencies are critical thinking, proficiency in a vast suite of project management tools, application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and strong administrative skills. Ashley’s active certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) and ICAgile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF®).

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree at an HBCU; the University of MD Eastern Shore, where she studied Hospitality Management. Her strong background in service echoes present in her compassionate, results-driven project management approach. She received her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources at the University of Phoenix. Ashley is committed to utilizing her skill set to contribute to the advancement of the African American community in today's society and economy.
